Formal Dinner Menu Template

A formal dinner menu is one evening, not a standing list, so this template is laid out per event: Reception, Dinner and Dessert, nine plates, and no price column unless you put one back. Three treatments are included — white with navy engraved capitals on a centred spine at 1280×724, cream with a crest slot and two columns split by a full-height gold rule at 1280×724, and a charcoal vertical card at 1280×2264 carrying a table-number line under the header. The header block can be replaced with a date line, a table number or a guest name, and that single swap is what turns a restaurant board into a banquet piece. Crest, rule weight, ink colour and type are all yours to change. Save one version per event and reuse the shell, or borrow a different menu layout template for the cocktail hour beforehand. If you do keep prices on the card, the POS feed fills them in, on paper or on a digital signage menu board for restaurant service.
